Two levels of licensing are available for PaperCut ChargeBack: Standard and Premium.

Standard licensing is available for the English version of PaperCut ChargeBack only, and includes our 24-hour turnaround email support.

Premium licensing extends the standard email support to include local support through our authorized resellers and support partners, where available. To enquire about premium licenses for your organisation, contact us.

Purchases of the English version of PaperCut ChargeBack, with standard licensing, can be made directly from PaperCut Software.

Standard licensing of the English version is based on the concept of "user packs". User Packs are sold in lots of ten. You may purchase one or more user packs to satisfy your requirements. For example, a company of 58 users may purchase 6 packs. Our licensing scheme also makes it easy for you to purchase additional licenses as your business grows.

Please note: to purchase multiple user packs, and enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the Quantity field in the order process.

After purchasing PaperCut ChargeBack you will be emailed a registration key to unlock the evaluation version within 24 hours. This is a once-off payment. There are no annual fees.
